Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis, TN is seeking a Security Operations leader to oversee security architecture solutions, monitor threats, and respond to incidents in line with established procedures, while aligning with MLH mission and values.

You will steer the Security Operations team, define metrics, and guide investments in security tooling to reduce risk and protect patient data across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences is required.
• Education in Information Security is preferred (Bachelor's/Master's).
• Master's degrees in Business Administration/Management, Computer Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or Information Security are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Security Operations team.
• Design, implement, and maintain network, infrastructure, and endpoint security strategies and solutions.
• Develop and present metrics and reports to ensure cybersecurity services meet business objectives and reduce risk.
• Research, evaluate and recommend information-security related hardware and software to maintain a strong security posture and support business cases for security investments.
• Analyze and assess security incidents and escalate per incident response plan.
• Develop and execute corrective action plans and remediation plans to mitigate risk of exploitation.
• Other duties assigned by management.
