• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications or similar.
• At least 2 years of relevant IT operations, systems support, or network support experience.
• Experience coordinating work with internal teams, contractors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day IT operations, maintenance, reliability, upgrades, and user support for the project.
• Maintains business continuity and disaster recovery procedures.
• Supports network communications infrastructure and documents operational procedures.
• Monitors SLAs/KPIs and coordinates issue resolution with third-party providers.
• Manages vendor relationships and contract-related activities.
