Job summary

Cordance is seeking an IT Operations Manager to run daily IT operations, security tooling, and service delivery across its HQ and business units. You’ll own IT tooling, MSP relationships, and central platform transitions while balancing unit autonomy and central standards.

This role supports SOC 2 audits, enforces device and identity controls, and drives continuous improvement across cloud and on‑prem environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT operations or infrastructure.
• Experience leading IT ops or MSPs (3+ years).
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 / Entra ID and Google Workspace.
• Experience with RMM and EDR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations, service management, SLAs, and helpdesk relationships.
• Manage joiner/mover/leaver processes and identity data across multiple tenants.
• Maintain IT Runbook and security tooling inventories.
• Triage security alerts and route to appropriate teams.
