Job summary

Cordance is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations, security tooling, and vendor management across HQ and business units. You will own the IT tooling, MSP relationships, and migration of units onto a common HQ-managed platform.

The role requires 7+ years in IT ops, strong identity and access management, and hands-on experience with M365/Entra ID, Google Workspace, NinjaOne, and SentinelOne. Expect cross-functional collaboration and a focus on SOC 2 readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT operations or infrastructure.
• 3+ years leading IT operations or managing MSPs.
• Hands-on admin of Microsoft 365/Entra ID and Google Workspace.
• Experience with RMM and EDR platforms (NinjaOne, SentinelOne).
• Experience with AWS/Azure IAM and landing zones.
• Proven record managing outsourced helpdesk or MSP contracts against SLAs.
• Experience supporting SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audits.

Responsibilities

• Own IT service management across Cordance HQ and business units, including ticket quality, escalations, and SLAs with the helpdesk provider.
• Triage security alerts and manage device compliance and security tooling.
• Administer AWS landing zone and cloud access, and manage identity/config across M365 and Google Workspace.
• Deliver IT and security integration workstreams when migrating units to HQ tooling.
• Hold MSPs and vendors accountable to onboarding/offboarding deadlines and report risk to leadership.
• Maintain and update the IT Operations Runbook and provide audit-ready evidence.
