Job summary

Cordance seeks an IT Operations Leader to own IT operations, security, and support across HQ and business units. You will manage identities, access, endpoints, and cloud environments including M365, Google Workspace, and AWS, while coordinating integrations and MSP/vendor relationships.

Ideal candidates have extensive IT ops experience, plus audit exposure to SOC 2 or ISO 27001. The role offers a remote stipend, flexible PTO, parental leave, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT operations.
• 3+ years leading IT or MSPs.
• Hands-on M365, Google Workspace, RMM, EDR, and AWS.
