Job summary

Cordance is seeking an IT Operations Manager to run day-to-day IT operations, security tooling, and support across Cordance HQ and business units. You will own IT tooling, MSP relationships, and transition units onto a common HQ-managed platform.

The role balances central standards with unit-specific systems while providing evidence for SOC 2 and other certifications. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT operations or infrastructure with leadership experience.
• Hands-on administration of MS 365/Entra ID and Google Workspace.
• Experience with RMM and EDR tools and managing MSP contracts.
• Experience supporting SOC2 or ISO 27001 audits with evidence.
• Experience with M&A IT integration across multiple units.

Responsibilities

• Own IT service management across HQ and units with SLAs and helpdesk escalations.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding and identity data across 365, Google Workspace and AWS.
• Maintain IT Runbook with procedures, contacts, and escalation paths.
• Administer NinjaOne and SentinelOne; reconcile device inventories.
• Administer email/web security across multi-org tenants (Abnormal, Umbrella).
• Enforce device compliance and follow up with non‑compliant users.
• Triage security alerts and route issues to correct teams.
• Support AWS landing zone and cloud access; document configurations.
• Deliver IT/security integration workstreams moving units from legacy MSPs.
• Manage MSPs/vendors to deadlines; report status and risk to leadership.
• Review MSP invoices and hardware procurement with suppliers.
• Provide SOC2/ISO evidence; close audit gaps; maintain compliance.
