Job summary

Versana is seeking an experienced IT Operations & End User Computing Manager to lead all corporate IT operations, end-user computing, and manage service provider engagement. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of the company's IT systems, hardware assets, and user support functions.

You will manage Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, OneDrive, and Defender, while driving governance and adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in Corporate IT, IT Operations, or End User Computing.
• 3+ years managing vendors or IT operations teams.
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Knowledge of Defender, Conditional Access, EDR, networking, and endpoint security.
• Experience with Intune and mobile device management.
• Strong identity and access management principles.
• Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, and access governance.
• Experience supporting hybrid/remote work environments.
• Hands-on experience with macOS and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT operations and end-user technology services across the organization.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure high-quality IT support delivery for employees across locations.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance the employee IT experience.
• Ensure business continuity and operational readiness of corporate IT services.
• Oversee asset lifecycle management for laptops, devices, printers, and networking gear.
• Oversee corporate networking, VPN connectivity, and office tech environments.
• Coordinate hardware refreshes, software updates, and asset lifecycle activities.
