Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. seeks an IT Manager to provide administrative and technical oversight of core technology operations. You will lead service coordination, procurement, asset/licensing controls, applications, and team performance while aligning technology with organizational needs.

You will supervise IT staff, partner with senior IT leadership, and drive reliable, scalable technology services across BHN. The role requires on-site presence in Massachusetts and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least two years of IT management experience.
• Hands-on systems administration experience or supervisory oversight of IT function preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel) and web-based vendor portals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT activities with HR for new employee orientation and timely tech support.
• Manage IT appointment scheduling, service volume, walk-ins, and trends.
• Triage new tech requests and coordinate next steps with business needs.
• Oversee procurement for IT hardware, software, and services; manage invoices and reconciliations.
• Oversee equipment purchasing, license inventories, and asset management.
• Manage technology vendors and MS licensing (Visio, Microsoft 365).
• Track vendor requests and reconcile completed work with invoices.
• Ensure on-site MSP staff receive daily operational guidance.
