Job summary

Hadrian, in Torrance, CA, seeks an IT Lead to steer a small team responsible for corporate IT and a secondary focus on factory IT. You will manage AI chatbot workflows, integrations with Okta and M365, and ensure reliable executive support across campus and remote sites.

You will oversee live event AV, vendor relations, and IT operations that bridge HQ and factory environments, while coaching technicians and growing the team. The role requires on-site work at the Torrance HQ.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT with at least 2 in a team or major program leading role.
• HQ or campus IT experience supporting execs, engineering, and business teams.
• Hands-on experience building AI chatbot workflows and ticket deflection in platforms like Serval or Moveworks.
• Strong ability to read ticket data and identify automation opportunities.
• Experience with executive/white-glove support and fast, quiet service.
• Hands-on AV experience with Crestron, Q-SYS, Logitech, etc.
• Technical base: core SaaS platforms (Okta, M365, MDM, ITSM) and automation.
• Track record of running scalable IT functions with SLAs and on-call responsibilities.
• Comfort partnering with factory IT as a secondary customer.
• Sharp written and verbal communication; ability to brief execs and coaches.
• On-site work at Torrance, CA HQ with some travel.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move hardware as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT team day to day at HQ; set priorities and unblock work.
• Build and evolve AI chatbot workflows; wire integrations to Okta, M365, Box, Jira.
• Monitor HQ and factory ticket flow; drive automation and self-service.
• Own executive service; provide fast, quiet, and reliable support.
• Run live AV for all-hands, podcasts, and events; manage conference spaces.
• Partner with factory IT to align HQ and floor tools and identity setups.
• Coach technicians and admins in workflows and automation.
• Collaborate with Security, DevOps, Facilities, People Ops and Production leaders.
• Own vendor and license footprint; negotiate and track spend.
• Handle escalations and lead post-mortems after incidents.
• Hire, screen, interview, and close strong candidates as the team grows.
• Maintain alignment between HQ and manufacturing sites; support audits and rollouts.
