Under guidance from IT Operations professionals, you’ll contribute to service-management, reporting, asset-management, and process-improvement, gaining exposure to end-user support, knowledge management, incident and problem management, and data-driven

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, MIS, Business, Data Analytics, CS or related field.
• Interest in IT service management, technology operations, customer experience, data analysis, and process improvement.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to analyze data, organize information, identify trends, and communicate findings clearly.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, IT asset management, service management, workflows, or reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support well-defined IT Operations assignments under guidance with focus on service quality and documentation.
• Gather, validate, and organize operational data for reports, dashboards, and asset records.
• Help maintain documentation, knowledge articles, runbooks, and service catalogs.
• Assist with IT asset-management and configuration-management activities, including lifecycle tracking and data quality review.
• Track work items, milestones, and supporting evidence for audits or governance.
