Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant IT/CS degree with solid OS and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with scripting or automation languages and IT concepts is preferred.
• Exposure to monitoring, logging, and IT service-management concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support well-defined infrastructure assignments with emphasis on quality, security, and documentation.
• Help maintain runbooks, inventories, dependency information, and lifecycle records.
• Assist data gathering for platform health, tech debt, and audit/remediation activities.
• Contribute to monitoring and observability by reviewing alerts and dashboards.
• Create and maintain automation scripts and operational documentation.
• Participate in disaster recovery, resiliency, and business-continuity readiness activities.
• Engage in incident/problem/change-management activities and continuous-improvement efforts.
