Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, Business, Data Analytics, CS, or related field.
• Interest in IT service management, technology operations, data analysis, or business process improvement.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to analyze data, organize information, identify trends, and communicate findings clearly.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, IT asset management, service management, workflow tools, or reporting platforms is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to translate technical information into business-friendly language.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines.
• Curiosity, learning agility, customer-service mindset, and willingness to ask questions and apply feedback.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and follow through on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for well-defined IT Operations assignments with emphasis on service quality, accuracy, and documentation.
• Assist in gathering, validating, and organizing operational data for service reports, dashboards, ticket trends, asset records, and process improvements.
• Help maintain and improve documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and service catalogs.
• Support IT asset-management and configuration-management activities, including inventory validation and lifecycle tracking.
• Track work, action items, milestones, and supporting evidence for audits and service-management commitments.
• Participate in incident, problem, change, and request-management processes as appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve reporting, and enhance the technology experience for team members.
• Use AI-enabled tools responsibly to support analysis, documentation, and routine work while protecting sensitive information.
