Responsibilities

• Install and setup new computers, thin clients, and users.
• Reimage and backup/restore user data and devices.
• Install profile-specific items including email, network printers, and software.
• Procure IT equipment and supplies (laptops, desktops, panels, toner).
• Support phone systems and VOIP.
• Configure network equipment including switches and cabling.
• Support core security technologies (antivirus, VPN, patches, DLP).
• Manage objects within Active Directory and provide general IT support.
