Job summary

Corning Incorporated is offering an internship in the Technology Operations team to support Microsoft 365 services for a global workforce. The role focuses on monitoring, remediation, deployment support, and collaborative work with frontline support teams.

The program provides hands-on experience with enterprise technologies, project work, and opportunities to develop customer service and documentation skills. Housing and travel assistance are included.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in IT, CS, IS, CE or related field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows environments.
• Available for 10 weeks during Summer 2027 (May–Aug 2027) with a graduation date of Dec 2027 or later.
• Interested in Corning, Inc after graduation if offered a full-time role.
• Willing to work at the posted job location.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support Microsoft 365 services for a global workforce.
• Assist in incident and task management using knowledge-base and documentation.
• Support project and production deployments of Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Collaborate with first- and second-level support teams on training and issue resolution.
• Identify and document operational processes and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage multiple tasks while communicating effectively with users and support groups.
