The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and real contributions to ongoing IT projects, with mentoring and potential full‑time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Interest in Microsoft 365, Power Platform and enterprise IT systems.
• Strong communication, writing and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Copilot, Power Platform and related collaboration tools.
• Gain hands‑on experience with automation technologies to create and enhance solutions that improve team effectiveness.
• Document and help guide team through procedures, configurations and best practices.
• Participate in change management and release planning.
