Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT required.
• 1–3 years of IT support, help desk, systems administration, or networking experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and Windows Server.
• Familiarity with Azure, cybersecurity principles, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for users, systems, and network issues.
• Support IT projects and infrastructure improvements under guidance of senior team members.
• Follow change management processes and document completed work.
• Provide updates on tasks and project progress; participate in daily team meetings.
• Assist with vendor quotes, requirements gathering, and documentation.
