Job summary

PremiStar is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst to provide Level 2 support and ensure the reliable operation of our technology environment. You will diagnose hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues, coordinating with end users, vendors, and IT teams.

Responsibilities include supporting Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Active Directory/Entra ID, and system upgrades; documenting incidents; and contributing to continuous improvements while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field or equivalent experience.
2–5 years IT support or infrastructure experience.
Experience supporting enterprise Microsoft environments.
Experience in service desk, desktop support, or systems administration is desirable.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 hardware, software, OS, mobile device, printer, and peripheral support.
Support Microsoft 365 apps, Teams, Outlook, and enterprise apps.
Diagnose escalated issues from first-level support and document resolutions.
Assist with endpoint management and workstation deployments.
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement upgrades.
Document knowledge base articles and support procedures.
