Job summary

Community Solutions Inc. is seeking an IT Generalist to support our MAP site in San Bernardino, CA. The role will work with the Sr. Manager of IT Operations and a third-party IT support firm to coordinate client support and maintain IT standards.

The position requires an Associate's degree and at least three years in IT, with experience in Microsoft Office and M365, and a valid driver's license. The role is full-time, onsite, with an hourly rate of $32.00.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer science, business administration or related field.
• Three years of information technology and technical support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and M365.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support IT operations including computers, network, and processes; assist with software upgrades and staff training.
• Interface with service providers to support connectivity projects and troubleshoot services.
• Maintain network health and reliability in collaboration with MSP.
• Respond to trouble calls; diagnose problems and provide local or remote support.
• Configure computers for network compatibility and security and manage IT inventory.
