Job summary

Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is seeking an IT Generalist to join our MAP program in San Bernardino, CA. The role collaborates with the IT Operations Sr. Manager and a third-party IT firm to coordinate client support and maintain IT standards and processes.

Responsibilities include supporting computers, network, connectivity projects, security controls, user accounts, troubleshooting, and staff training. 40 hours/week, on-site schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer science, business administration or related field.
• Three years of IT and technical support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support IT operations including computers, network, and software upgrades.
• Coordinate with MSP and IT vendor for connectivity projects.
• Maintain security standards and assist with training.
• Provide day-to-day desktop and mobile app support.
