Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring an IT Operations Coordinator in Richardson, TX to support the IT facility’s daily operations. This on-site role includes equipment receiving, shipping, mail coordination, and front-desk coverage, serving as the main contact for visitors and vendors.

You will help maintain organized IT equipment storage, assist with vendor coordination, and support general site operations and events, contributing to a smooth, secure workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of IT operations support, equipment logistics, shipping/receiving, facilities coordination, office operations, reception, or related.
• Experience with shipping/carrier systems (FedEx Ship Manager) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital phone, ticketing, or work-order systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for interacting with employees, visitors, vendors, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and logistical support for IT facility.
• Acts as onsite resource for IT team and front desk coverage.
• Greet and assist visitors and vendors; manage sign-in and badges.
• Coordinate IT equipment receiving, staging, and inventory.
• Organize shipping labels and outbound/inbound shipments.
• Monitor facility maintenance, safety, and cleanliness.
• Prepare conference rooms and assist with AV setup.
• Support on-site vendor coordination and deliveries.
