Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking an IT Coordinator to deliver day-to-day IT services across facilities in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role acts as a liaison among end users, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure reliable operation of computing, communications, and security systems.

You will manage incidents, asset lifecycles, and onboarding with a focus on service quality. The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of IT operations experience, strong communication, and familiarity with ticketing systems

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 5–7+ years supporting IT operations, end-user computing, assets, access, or project coordination.
• Experience with multi-site environments and IT service desk tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Coordinate incidents, service requests, and communications in ticketing systems.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, guides, and resolution histories.
• Assist with administration of local IT infrastructure and network upgrades.
• Manage IT assets from procurement to disposal and lifecycle planning.
• Oversee mobile devices, service plans, and telecom provisioning.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning.
• Support cybersecurity, compliance activities, and audits.
• Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
• Provide after-hours support and emergency response as needed.
