Job summary

Prime Controls, L.P. is hiring a Facilities Coordinator to support day-to-day facility operations at our Dallas, Texas headquarters. You will work with teams across the company to ensure clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for employees and visitors.

The role may include support for remote offices, occasional multi-day travel, and weekend work as needed. A strong focus on organization and communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily facility operations and inspect workspaces.
• Coordinate vendor support and complete minor repairs.
• Maintain interior and exterior spaces and support event setup.
• Track maintenance supplies and prepare materials for operations.
• Promote workplace safety and maintain compliance records.
• Collaborate with departments and respond to facility needs promptly.
