Job summary

Navan seeks an IT Support Engineer for its New York City office. This on-site role requires five days a week in the office, supporting end-users in NYC and Navan users globally, from onboarding new hires to troubleshooting user issues and providing hands-on support for IT equipment.

You’ll handle desktop and software support, hardware maintenance, account management, network access, A/V setup, documentation, and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
4+ years in customer-facing IT support.
4+ years administering SaaS tools (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, Zoom, Jamf, Intune, Cisco Meraki).
Strong knowledge of macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.
Experience with Jamf and Azure/Intune for device management.
Strong AV and video conferencing setup and troubleshooting.
Ability to lift 10–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Desktop Support: diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues onsite and via remote tools.
Hardware Maintenance: install/upgrade laptops, coordinate repairs with vendors.
Software Support: install, configure, troubleshoot SaaS apps and OS updates.
User Account Management: create/modify accounts and access controls.
Network Connectivity: assist with VPN/Wi‑Fi connections and troubleshooting.
Documentation: maintain tickets and create user guides.
