Qualifications

• 3 years minimum in end-user support and enterprise operations.
• Strong experience in the Microsoft ecosystem (Windows OS, Office, AD, DNS, Group Policy, DHCP).
• Experience with user access lifecycle, SOE/image concepts, and deployment tooling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for IT requests, incidents, and issues.
• Develop strong relationships with users and stakeholders.
• Handle the complete IT lifecycle for users from onboarding to offboarding.
• Implement alert systems and analyze trends to prevent IT issues.
• Streamline IT processes and develop self-service resources.
• Contribute to audits and day‑to‑day security practices.
• Oversee user‑facing hardware and IT setups for office expansions.
• Analyze and recommend enterprise IT solutions with extended IT teams.
