Job summary

Glimpse is seeking a senior IT & Security leader to own MDM, CMDB, and vendor management. You will run Mac fleet management using Iru/Jamf Pro, own identity and SaaS administration with Okta and Google Workspace, and drive ITAM/CMDB accuracy while ensuring SOC 2 readiness.

You'll collaborate with the Security team on governance, change management, and IT projects, building durable processes and scalable systems for a fast-growing startup in NYC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT, including senior operations/infrastructure leadership, with scale experience.
• Hands-on MDM ownership in a cloud MDM (Iru/Jamf Pro) including config profiles and zero-touch enrollment.
• Strong identity and SaaS administration: Okta ownership and admin across Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom.
• Experience owning ITAM/CMDB, asset tracking, contracts, renewals, and vendor management.
• AI-forward mindset: leveraging AI tools to improve velocity and accuracy.
• Clear communicator with ability to maintain process without IT being a blocker.

Responsibilities

• Own MDM and manage Mac fleet, Windows footprint, and related tooling.
• Own CMDB, asset data, inventory, and data reconciliation with IdP and HR systems.
• Manage vendor renewals, licenses, and contract tracking for SaaS and hardware.
• Support SOC 2 readiness through onboarding/offboarding rigor and evidence trails.
• Administer and govern SaaS stack (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom) and enforce hygiene.
• Keep documentation up to date and maintain runbooks and process docs.
• Collaborate on change management and IT projects with security and Support teams.
