Job summary

SGS Consulting in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced MDM Platform Administrator to configure and maintain Intune and JAMF policies, manage Apple Business Manager, and support enterprise mobility security initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on Intune/JAMF experience, experience with large fleets, and identity provider integration (Okta/Entra ID). Strong troubleshooting and cross-team collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience with Intune and JAMF in an enterprise
• Proven track record managing large mobile fleets (5,000+ devices)
• Experience with identity providers and SSO integration (Okta, Entra ID)
• Microsoft certifications preferred (MS-102, MD-102)

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Intune policies, profiles, and compliance rules.
• Manage Apple Business Manager and VPP licensing.
• Serve as final escalation for device enrollment and policy issues.
• Implement conditional access policies and encryption standards.
• Coordinate VPN client deployments (GlobalProtect).
• Collaborate with business units to translate needs into tech solutions.
• Lead platform migrations and enterprise mobility security initiatives.
• Provide Tier 3 support and cross-train team members.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements.
• Work on and resolve tickets related to mobile and IoT devices.
