Glimpse is scaling its IT and security function in NYC. As Head of Information Security and IT, you will own the architecture, drive governance, and partner with Security on overlapping work to build durable, auditable processes.

This role is hands-on, focusing on MDM, CMDB, vendor management, and a compliant SaaS stack. You’ll implement change management, pass SOC 2 audits, and ensure accurate asset records as the foundation for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT, senior ops/infrastructure, scalable IT experience
• MDM ownership in cloud MDM (Iru/Jamf Pro), zero-touch enrollment, Bash for macOS
• Strong identity and SaaS admin: Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom
• Experience owning ITAM/CMDB, asset tracking, contracts, renewals
• AI-forward mindset: using AI tools to increase efficiency
• Clear communicator who can maintain process lines without IT blocking

Responsabilités

• Own MDM: manage Mac fleet in Iru, Windows footprint, zero-touch enrollment, scripting
• Own CMDB, asset data, inventory, and HR/IdP data reconciliation
• Own vendor management: renewals, licenses, and agreements
• Help maintain SOC 2 benchmarks: onboarding/offboarding, access reviews
• Govern the SaaS stack: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, provisioning and access hygiene
• Keep documentation current: runbooks, configuration records, process documents
• Partner on change and IT projects with the Head of Information Security and IT
