Job summary

Glimpse in New York City is seeking a hands-on Head of Information Security and IT to own and evolve our IT infrastructure. You will operate MDM, CMDB, vendor management, and SaaS governance, partnering with the Security team to keep SOC 2 controls strong.

This role emphasizes ownership, scalable processes, and clear communication as we scale to support hundreds of brands. You’ll build durable IT operations, drive change, and ensure data accuracy across IdP, HR systems, and third‑party tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT with senior operations, systems, or infrastructure leadership
• Deep MDM ownership in Iru or Jamf Pro with configuration profiles and scripts
• Strong identity and SaaS administration with Okta and Google Workspace
• Experience owning ITAM/CMDB and vendor renewals
• AI-forward mindset for faster, scalable workflows
• Clear communicator who can balance process and speed

Responsibilities

• Own MDM across macOS and Windows, including config profiles and zero-touch enrollment
• Own CMDB/asset data and inventory, ensuring data accuracy across IdP and HR systems
• Manage contracts, renewals, licenses for SaaS and hardware
• Support SOC 2 compliance through onboarding/offboarding and access reviews
• Administer Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and core tools
• Maintain Runbooks and process docs for IT systems
• Collaborate on change management and IT projects with the Security team
