Job summary

Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis LLC (MD&A) in Euclid, OH, seeks an IT Support & Operations Analyst to support IT operations and end-user technology services. The role travels to Marion, OH as needed, and reports to the Service Desk Manager.

You will provide Tier 1–2 support, develop operational reports, document workflows, and help standardize processes across manufacturing and office environments. The ideal candidate is customer-focused and collaborative.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on IT support or help desk experience.
• Experience supporting Windows, Microsoft 365, PCs, printers, mobile devices, and related endpoints.
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as Freshservice or ServiceNow preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot incidents and service requests in the IT service desk platform in a timely, customer-focused manner.
• Provide Tier 1/2 support for PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and related technologies.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and conference room tech.
• Deliver onsite and remote support across office and manufacturing environments.
• Escalate complex issues with ownership and clear communication.
• Support onboarding, equipment deployment, and employee readiness.
• Maintain ticket records, asset inventory, and SOPs.
• Assist with IT operations reporting, dashboards, and process improvements.
