Job summary

MD&A in Euclid, Ohio, is seeking an Operations Leader to guide the Bearings, Seals & Hydraulics Division in a machining-focused environment. Lead a skilled shop floor team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure on-time delivery with a focus on safety and quality.

You will partner with engineering and operations leadership to optimize workflow, coach machinists and programmers, and implement best practices that elevate performance across the plant.

About the Role:

Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis (MD&A) is seeking an Operations Leader to support our Bearings, Seals & Hydraulics Division in Euclid, Ohio.

This position is perfect for an experienced manufacturing professional who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and driving operational excellence in a machine shop environment.
