Job summary

Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis, LLC in Euclid, Ohio seeks an Operations Leader to guide our Bearings, Seals & Hydraulics division. You will supervise daily shop floor activities and coach machinists and programmers to improve throughput and quality.

You will partner with production planning, manage workflows, ensure safety and compliance, coordinate equipment maintenance, and collaborate with senior operations leadership to drive operational excellence in a machining environment.

About the Role:

Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis (MD&A) is seeking an Operations Leader to support our Bearings, Seals & Hydraulics Division in Euclid, Ohio.

This position is perfect for an experienced manufacturing professional who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and driving operational excellence in a machine shop environment.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise daily shop floor activities.
• Coach and develop machinists and programmers.
• Support production planning and workflow management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
