Job summary

NANO Nuclear Energy in Oak Brook, IL is seeking an IT Operations & Systems Administrator to serve as the IT backbone for our growing technical team. You will handle on-site support, zero-touch hardware provisioning, and oversee Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Key duties include configuring Dynamics 365, managing Entra ID, SharePoint permissions, and AVD/Intune deployments while maintaining strict NIST 800-171 and CMMC Level 2 compliance. This role requires U.S.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Operations, Linux/Windows server environments, Helpdesk, and Systems Administration.
• Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 environments, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange, and SharePoint Online.
• Exceptional communication skills with a track record of providing frictionless IT support to highly technical end-users.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for Oak Brook facility and support rapid onboarding for new hires.
• Configure and manage Windows 365 Cloud PCs and Intune-based provisioning.
• Act as primary internal administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) and Dataverse mapping.
• Manage SharePoint sites, document permissions, and NEOS training for department heads.
• Ensure compliance with NIST 800-171 and CMMC Level 2 cybersecurity baselines.
• Collaborate with management on governance, security labeling, and data classification.
