Qualifications

• 2+ years of system administration or IT support experience.
• US Citizenship required.
• CompTIA Security+ or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to ~300 users on‑prem and remote.
• Manage user accounts, groups, licenses, and permissions.
• Administer GCC High and commercial Microsoft 365 tenants.
• Maintain on‑prem network infrastructure, switches, wireless, and VPNs.
• Monitor and respond to security alerts; support IDS/IPS.
• Write PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
