Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a Technical Leader to drive cloud computing and Dynamics 365 initiatives. The role focuses on designing scalable systems, leading cross-functional teams, and coaching engineers to deliver practical cloud transformation solutions.

The candidate will architect solutions using Microsoft CRM, Azure and .NET, while engaging business users to capture requirements and oversee DevOps and deployment practices across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, systems analysis or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years across at least two IT disciplines including cloud architecture and operations.
• Experience with Dynamics365 (CE and F&O).
• Exposure to diverse technologies and processing environments.
• Knowledge of architectural components and SOA.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer solutions using Microsoft CRM, Azure features and .NET.

• Perform POCs and convert them into working models.
• Create process flows and configure Dynamics CRM per designs.
• Lead development, oversee other developers, review deliverables.

Provide technical leadership supporting AJG initiatives in cloud computing and automation, focusing on designing systems and services that run on Dynamics 365 platforms. Lead technical teams across the organization to achieve cloud transformation goals, coach members and drive solutions forward with a pragmatic approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems analysis or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience spanning at least two IT disciplines, including technical cloud architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or operations.
• Experience with Dynamics365 (CE and F&O).
• Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.
• Knowledge of all components of technical architecture.
• Knowledge of business process re‑engineering principles and processes.
• Strong understanding of SOA, object‑oriented analysis and design, and/or client/server.
• Strong client‑facing consultative skills, able to act as a customer advocate.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineering of solutions using MicrosoftCRM, Azure features and .NET technologies.
• Requirement gathering: interact with business users to understand and document business requirements.
• Perform POCs for new business requirements and work closely with business to convert the POC into a working model.
• Create process flows, system tasks for the requirements and customize and configure MicrosoftCRM application per the designed artifacts.
• Project engineer for the development and enhancement of the MicrosoftCRM application; provide oversight to other developers and review their deliverables.
• Support the Quality Assurance team during testing and assist with defect fixes by correcting the MicrosoftCRM code.
• Support the production system and analyze/resolve business‑critical issues within SLA timeline.
• Evaluate tools and technologies in the market that will improve the business process and benefit customers.
• Manage Dynamics patch releases and wave release planning to keep the main system up to date.
• Create and manage Dynamics sandbox/production environments in Power Platform based on project needs.
• Review implementation design/architect proposed by the implementation team and provide recommendations to ensure best practice guidelines are followed for Dynamics365.
• Plan and support Dynamics365 releases with multiple divisions and apply the changes.
• Build DevOps pipelines to promote Dynamics customizations to ALM environments and configure them with various stage‑based approvals.
• Configure and manage integrated systems with D365 and Azure integrations.
• Ensure best practices of D365 and define governance for Power Platform system.
• Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross‑training to peers and team members.
