Job summary

HighRes Biosolutions is seeking an Operations ERP SME to own the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, overseeing planning, procurement, warehouse, and shipping processes. You will bridge Operations and IT, drive system enhancements, training, and data integrity across the ERP landscape.

The role requires hands-on D365 expertise, strong collaboration, and the ability to translate operational needs into actionable system improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
• Proven ability to map end-to-end supply chain processes to ERP design.
• Strong communication skills translating technical concepts to operations.

Responsibilities

• Own D365 ERP operations as primary BPO for planning, procurement, warehouse, and shipping.
• Design and deliver role-based D365 training and create SOPs and guides.
• Identify gaps, develop business cases, and submit enhancement requests for ERP improvements.
• Own data integrity and lead mass data uploads for operational records.
