Job summary

Victory Church is seeking an Associate IT Director to lead the IT Support Technician team across multiple campuses. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with managerial oversight and processes standardization.

You will partner with the IT Director and MSP to ensure high-quality service, while driving incident resolution, security, and project delivery aligned with Victory Church’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred in a technical field.
• 3–5 years IT support or admin experience with some leadership exposure.
• Reliable transportation required for campus travel.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects with independence.
• Strong technical background paired with leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction, coaching, and managerial oversight to IT Support Technician staff.
• Escalation point for complex issues beyond Tier 1.
• Prioritize and monitor helpdesk tickets and projects; coach through training.
