Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable/Administrative position.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with expenses/invoices, asset management, and procurement processes.
• Experience working within an IT environment providing system admin support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Access) and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices and perform basic spreadsheet analysis.
• Provide production support and customer service within IT operations.
• Assist with procurement and asset management tasks as part of IT admin duties.
