Job summary

Applied Control seeks a Service Coordinator to own the quote-to-invoice workflow and coordinate orders, scheduling, and invoicing. You will administer the IRIS platform, manage data, reporting, and onboarding, and lead internal training for IRIS.

The role requires collaboration with field teams and customers while maintaining organized records in IFS/ERP. This full-time onsite position in Centennial, CO offers a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a service coordination, project coordination, or technical support role in industrial automation or related technical field.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot).
• Experience with IFS ERP (preferred).
• Experience with technical or SaaS tools (IRIS or similar platforms a plus).
• Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and proactive, hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the quote-to-invoice service workflow and coordinate customer orders, scheduling, resource planning, project administration, invoicing, and closeout activities.
• Administer the IRIS software solution, ensure data collection, validation, and reporting per timelines, and support onboarding and internal training.
• Coordinate service provisioning with customers and field teams; create and maintain records of proposals, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Track and communicate service progress to internal stakeholders and customers; maintain records in IFS/ERP and publish weekly service schedules.
• Manage subcontractor relationships including placing orders and approving invoices; invoice projects and work orders promptly.
• Own end-to-end delivery of the IRIS tool for customers and internal teams; lead training on IRIS features and functionality.
• Deliver customer onboarding and ongoing user support, ensuring smooth transitions post-sign-up.
