Blueprint is seeking an Operations Coordinator to review and route capacity requests, verify details, and maintain accurate case records. The role requires 2–4 years in operations coordination, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ticketing systems.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or related field
• 2-4 years in operations coordination, service desk, or case management
• At least 2 years using ticketing or case management systems
• At least 2 years of advanced Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables)
• At least 1 year of Microsoft Azure fundamentals
• Strong analytical and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or Jira
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and capacity planning
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification or equivalent
