Job summary

Blueprint is seeking an experienced Head of Business Operations to lead budgets, forecasts, and planning across multiple initiatives in the United States. The role partners with Finance, HR, Procurement, and senior leaders to drive governance and performance.

The position offers a strong focus on data-driven planning, process optimization, and collaboration, with opportunities for growth within a technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years in business operations, program management, or related field.
• Experience managing budgets, purchase orders, forecasts, and resource planning.
• Strong project and program management skills across concurrent initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, purchase orders, financial forecasts, headcount planning, and vendor resources.
• Develop and maintain operating rhythms, planning calendars, and business review processes.
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Procurement, Staffing, and leadership on business operations.
• Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, decision materials, and status reports.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures, identify variances, and recommend solutions.
• Establish and document business processes, operational procedures, and governance practices.
• Develop project plans, work breakdown structures, and program tracking mechanisms.
• Use AI and automation to improve planning, reporting, and operational outcomes.
