Job summary

International Search Consultants seeks an IT Operations Specialist for the Greater Seattle Area to oversee and enhance the organizations technology infrastructure, systems administration, integrations, compliance reporting, and emerging AI initiatives.

You will maintain secure, reliable operations, provide end-user support, coordinate with vendors, and drive automation and data integration projects across departments in a fast-paced wealth-management environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of IT operations, systems administration, or infrastructure support.
• Experience with software integrations and automation tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries (preferred).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and audit requirements (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise technology systems, servers, cloud platforms, user accounts, devices, networks, and business applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while providing end-user support.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, consultants, and managed service providers.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, policies, procedures, and system inventories.
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations between critical systems and applications.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation and process optimization.
• Support data synchronization, reporting, and system interoperability across platforms.
• Evaluate, implement, and support AI-powered tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify AI applications and automation opportunities.
• Monitor emerging technology trends and recommend innovative solutions.
• Prepare compliance documentation, audit evidence, and regulatory reporting.
• Generate operational, security, and compliance reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Lead or support technology projects from planning through implementation.
