Qualifications

• Experience with tracking, validating, and interpreting IT operational performance metrics and identifying areas for follow-up.
• Experience with data storytelling, turning complex data into leadership-ready insights and presentations.
• Experience with executive-level reporting, synthesizing metrics for Director- and VP-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT Operations leadership to shape reporting narratives and surface risks and opportunities.

Start Date: ASAP

Type: Temporary Project

Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions

Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Required:

• Experience with data analysis, including identifying trends, anomalies, gaps, and actionable insights within complex datasets;
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Platform Analytics, including reporting, dashboards, IT operational KPIs, indicators, and scorecards;

• Experience with PowerPoint, including creating, updating, managing, and quality-checking executive-level presentations;

• Experience with cross-tower synthesis, gathering and connecting information across multiple IT operational towers, teams, and data sources;
• Experience with IT Operations or technology environments, including operational performance, dependencies, and key metrics;
• Experience with executive narrative development, structuring key messages for leadership audiences;
