Job summary

Renewable Project Manager is needed onsite in Juno Beach, FL for a 12-month contract. The role requires relocation to the client site, with no remote work allowed, and occasional travel to project locations for hearings and development support.

Responsibilities include coordinating development, engineering, estimating, and procurement activities from pre-construction to construction for BESS projects, and negotiating PPAs/GIAs while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Support origination and development teams with PPA and GIA negotiations and regulatory requirements.

Start Date: ASAP

Type: Temporary Project

Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions

Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Occasional travel may be required to project locations and to support Development with local public hearings.

Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

• Coordinate daily project activities involving internal and external resources to support Development, Engineering, Estimating, Supply Chain, Scheduling, and Construction activities from pre-construction (Early Stage) through to the Construction stage for BESS projects within the E&C Business Unit.
• Manage critical coordination of highly matrixed project development teams to ensure resources are focused on the right activities to meet project schedules.
• Coordinate with environmental, regulatory, cultural, land acquisition, interconnection, and other project variables to ensure comprehensive project development.
• Develop and optimize the project’s technical scope and variables to improve both technical and financial feasibility.
• Support origination and development teams with PPA and GIA negotiations, as well as jurisdictional requirements.
