Job summary

Vitaver & Associates, Inc is seeking a Project Manager for a 12+ month, onsite contract in Miami, FL. Relocation is required and 100% of the work will be at the client site with no telecommuting.

You will define scope and milestones, develop plans and roadmaps, manage budgets and risks, and lead transformation initiatives including AI/automation projects, partnering with leaders to optimize processes and operating models.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Miami, FL (required).
• 6+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading business & technology transformation initiatives.
• AI/automation transformation project experience.
• Experience with project plans and implementation roadmaps.
• Experience with project execution and delivery within budgets, schedules, and safety goals.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and implementation roadmaps.
• Manage project budgets, capital funding, resource forecasts, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Lead organizational process improvement and transformation initiative.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation, digital enablement, and operational optimization.
• Support the cross-functional design and implementation of future-state operating models.
• Evaluate impacts to people, processes, technology, and performance measures.

Estimated Duration :12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
