• Ensures 24-hour operational readiness for OEM ITS needs across multiple locations and systems (phones, computers, siren system, CAD, printers, radios, projectors, camera feeds, alerting systems, email accounts, Webex, mobile command units, tracking systems, OEM drives and networks, Telestaff).
• Install, configure, and upgrade computers, printers, servers, and software.
