Job summary

Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County’s MPHD seeks an Information Systems Applications Analyst 3 to design, develop, and maintain departmental applications, including database-driven systems using C#, .NET, and Microsoft SQL Server.

The role also administers websites, plans server migrations, and provides technical support while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Collaboration with staff and vendors drives deployment of enterprise solutions and strong systems analysis practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in application development and maintenance using C#/.NET and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of CMS administration and lifecycle support.
• Experience with server configuration and upgrades (Windows Server, IIS, Apache).
• Understanding of enterprise systems analysis and database design.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and maintains departmental applications and databases.
