Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, service, and engineering teams.
• Train customers on new software and provide ongoing support.
• Set up customer accounts from provided data.
• Check customer cards and match with readers.
• Troubleshoot software/hardware functionality and integration.
• Document issues and suggest improvements; aid in reproduction/resolution with engineering.
