  • Support mortgage-related applications and operational workflows when applicable, including issue triage, user support, and coordination with technical teams.
  • Troubleshoot, configure, and support the Loan Origination and Point of Sale system add-ons and related integrations to ensure stable operation and effective user support.
  • Work with internal teams and third-party vendors to troubleshoot issues, coordinate fixes, support system changes, and ensure timely resolution of production and application-related problems.
  • Support application deployments, release validation, hotfix implementation, and post-release monitoring.
  • Push reports and related updates to production environments in accordance with established release and change management procedures.
  • Provide first-level to intermediate support for desktops, printers, laptops, monitors, and other end-user hardware, including setup, troubleshooting, and replacement coordination.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, peripheral, and workstation issues to minimize downtime and maintain user productivity.
  • Install, configure, and support standard desktop software, printers, and peripheral devices in alignment with company procedures.
  • Coordinate new hire equipment onboarding, including preparing, configuring, and issuing laptops, monitors, peripherals, and required software access.
  • Serve as the Security Officer for assigned technology and operational responsibilities, including managing user access, adding and removing users, helping enforce security practices, and coordinating security-related activities.
  • Support termination-related security processes, including deprovisioning access, retrieving company equipment, and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure proper closure.
  • Maintain and update business continuity and disaster recovery (BCP/DR) plans to support operational readiness and recovery objectives.
  • Prepare and provide data, documentation, and support materials for quarterly IT audit activities.
  • Document support procedures, known issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolution outcomes to improve operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.
  • Communicate clearly with business users and technical teams regarding issue status, system impacts, and recommended solutions.
  • Quickly build understanding of new applications, business processes, and subject areas while maintaining strong service and support standards.
  • Provide after-hours or on-call support as needed for critical incidents, deployments, or business operations.

What You Have:

  • Working knowledge of SQL, including basic query writing and data analysis for troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting business applications, interfaces, batch jobs, reports, desktops, printers, and other end-user hardware in a production environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows desktop environments, device setup, printer support, peripheral troubleshooting, and production support processes.
  • Experience supporting report deployments, production releases, or change management activities is preferred.
  • Experience preparing data or documentation for audit, compliance, or review activities is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Strong documentation skills and the ability to create support procedures, incident summaries, and process documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Quick learner who can adapt to new systems, business processes, hardware environments, and changing priorities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours or participate in on-call support, if required.
