Job summary

Reaxis Inc is seeking an IT Network Manager- Americas to provide first-level IT support and serve as the main contact for staff with tech issues. You will troubleshoot devices, manage user accounts, and deploy/ config workplace equipment while documenting actions in the ticketing system.

The role requires coordinating with global users, ensuring security and access controls, and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field or equivalent.
• Journeyman status or industry certifications meeting bachelor-level equivalence.
• Experience with IT support, AD administration and common enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for IT incidents via phone, email and ticketing system.
• Provide first level support for Windows clients, Microsoft 365, printers and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP; escalate complex cases to 2nd level as needed.
• Perform user administration in Active Directory and other systems per procedures.
• Document requests, steps and solutions clearly in the ticketing system.
• Install and configure workplace devices and provide basic user training.
