Job summary

TIB Chemicals is seeking an IT Network Manager- Americas to provide first-level IT support, manage user accounts, and maintain device deployment. The role focuses on Windows/Microsoft 365, printers, and mobile devices in a predominantly on-site Pittsburgh-area environment.

You will address basic network issues (LAN/WLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP), document actions in the ticketing system, and contribute to improving support processes and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows client operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and LAN/WLAN.
• 1–3 years of IT support experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT incidents via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Provide first level support for Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot basic network/connectivity issues and escalate complex cases.
• Manage user accounts and access in Active Directory.
• Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system and assist with user training.
